There can be several reasons, you cannot see a deposit on your account. To solve the issue with deposit that is not reflected, please do the next things.
Check the destination address and amount of deposit
Go to Dashboard section. Press the Deposit button rightwards to the asset icon you wanted to deposit, and then choose the network in which you made a deposit.
For some assets Slex supports several blockhcains. So you need to choose the right chain.
Make sure that you input address on the chain specified in your dashboard when making a deposit. Also make sure that you deposited more than minimum deposit.
If you made a deposit to the wrong address or made a deposit less than minimum deposit amount, your funds cannot be restored.
Check the transaction status on a blockchain
Sometimes transactions can be stucked on blockchain due to high load. So make sure that transaction is reflected on the blockchain, and that it has gained at least 1 confirmation. If not, either address the issue to the sender service or wait until transaction reflects in the explorer.
